LFD offers the authentic Lucknowi Chikankari apparels and accessories solely manufactured by himself or procured directly from the artisans.

You can google our outlet and directly approach us. Moreover, you can contact us on mobile and also leave your massage and then we will approach you.
How do I select my size precisely and accurately?
For selection of sizes, each product shows size availability options. The size can be then selected by taking the assistance of available size chart. In this chart, sizes are present in the form of XS/S/M/L/XL and so on with the conversions in Inches as well as in cm.
What will be the mode of payment form purchases?
Only ONLINE payments option is available. You have to pay in advance at the time of placement of an order i.e. at the time of checkout. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.
How can I have a trust for the products or services offered by LFD?
Earn our customer’s trust is our moto. For this we never compromise with the quality of our products. If a customer feels that he/she is getting wrong product just by mistake; he/she is free to return and get refunds in no time. However, issues of such type may occur once in a while and unknowingly.
If today I am going to place an order, after how long I will receive my parcel?
For an order to get completed (from placement of an order to delivered status), it takes minimum 5-7 business days (Domestic order) or 7-15 days (International order), if conditions are according and under control. However, duration also depends upon the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.
How can I track my order?
Status of the order (from order rejection/ confirmation, in process, shipped, out for delivery and finally delivered) will be updated regularly date wise on your portal. You can view it on your dashboard under MY ORDERS. If there is an urgency, you can make a request and we will try our best to make it faster. Besides this, you will get tracking ID on your phone directly from our courier partner.
What should I do if I have to alter my address/ mobile/ size of product after making an order?
All these conditions will be considered but only possible before shipment of the order. Address and mobile number can be updated on our end but for the sizes, it must be available in our stock. But after shipment request cannot be entertained. In this case, our courier partner will not be able to deliver the product to the concerning person and we will get back our product in our ware house. The payment made by you will be refunded in your account after deducting the courier charges. We advise you to make a fresh order and help us in serving you.
When and how I can cancel my order and get refund?
For cancellation, please follow “EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY” present besides the FAQs on the website. An order or part of an order can be cancelled from ‘MY ORDERS’ present in your dashboard. First note particular order ID and then cancel the desired product by mentioning the reason for cancellation within the specified time as described in policy.
How my request for return or exchange of an order will be entertained?
Please follow “EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY” for EXCHANGE and RETURN of a product. For exchange, LFD suggest all our customers first return the product and then can make a fresh order. Return can be done only once you will receive the order. This can be requested from ‘MY ORDERS’ on your dashboard and mention the reason for return within the specified time as described in policy.
What should I do if I have received the wrong/ incorrect or defective product?
You can make a return easily and get refund. For this you have to submit an out-boxing video (without any cuts, pauses and UNEDITED VIDEO) of the parcel with showing an AWB number within time limit as specified in policy. This video can be mailed with order ID on our registered mail.
Is opening of account is mandatory for shopping with LFD?
You can visit our website without any registration on the website. But for shopping, you have to register and submit your details before checkout.
How do I register on your website?
You can register on our website by pressing Register option present on top right border. Just by filling your details, you can be registered user of LFD. If you feel any problem in registering you can make us a call and our LFD team will assist you in registration on website.
How can I order?
First select the products you desired to buy; add them in your cart or first you can Wishlist them and then import into the cart. Following the displayed guided commands, you can order successfully.
I have a Discount Coupon how I will use it?
Coupons are issued time to time by us to our valuable customers. These coupons can be applied at the time of payment i.e. just before “PLACE ORDER” option. By applying coupons, you can get obvious lowering of prices in the final bill as compared to without coupons.
What should I do if I have not received my parcel?
If you are not getting your parcel on or around expected delivery date, you can message/ WhatsApp/ or mail us with your order ID details. Our team will directly contact you and try to solve the issue following the fact that “Customer’s satisfaction is our prime duty”.
What should I do if there is missing item in my order?
You need not to worry if such mishappening occurs. Just mail an out-boxing video as advised in “EXCHANGE, Return and Cancellation Policy”. If the video is justifiable, we will refund your amount in no times.
