Contract Formation Guideline:

While registering on our website for either placing an order or using any of our services, all details provided by you to us should be true and accurate. Before entering into a contract, we are entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason. In case somebody forged your identity while placing any request to us, you hold the onus to inform us about the same before entering into the contract.

By placing an order, you will be acknowledged by an auto-generated Email or through SMS or WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number. But this acknowledgement doesn’t mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is an offer made to us that is subject to our will of selling the product or availability in our stock i.e. all orders are conditional and we will confirm our acceptance by sending you another Email or SMS or on Lucknow Fashion Diary website user’s account about ORDER CONFIRMATION and Expected Delivery Date of the product. LFD has all right to reject your order without any clarification and the paid amount will be refunded in your specified account. All communication will happen through electronic media.

ONLINE Payment is acceptable by us made by ‘your chosen’ media of payment (as described on our website). We will not process your order until “Successful Payment” confirmation has been received by us. Moreover, the customer should be available at the informed address on the fixed delivery date and time and will be confirmed with a call from the courier person on behalf of LFD.

LFD offers promotional discounts time to time which are applicable on the purchases made on our website; these discounts can be redeemed before the expiration mentioned on the coupon code validity period.

Price And Payment:

The price payable for your order is displayed on the checkout page on the website (MRP of the product and final prices after applying discounts of any of type (Referral Code, Coupon Code, Affiliate Link or Sale Offers). For Domestic as well as International Orders; delivery charge may or may not be applicable). Costs of products can be altered without any prior notice but these price changes will not be valid for the orders that have already been accepted by us. Sometimes the products listed on our site may get priced incorrectly though we take utmost care in verifying the price of the order before dispatching from our end; in case of any sort of discrepancy (i.e. whether the price was charged higher or lower than the correct price), we will intimate you with the same.

We have full authority to cancel any order before and even after dispatch from our end in the case an order has been placed for an incorrectly priced product listed on our website. Rights And Obligations Transfer Corresponding To Contract:

1. The contract is between you and LFD and after us to our respective successors.
2. At any time during the term of the contract, we may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under the contract.
3. LFD has the full authority of using the data provided by you for promotional calls/SMS/emails etc. regarding the product or any related information regarding your order or offers, etc.

Delay In Services Due To Unforeseen Circumstances:

1. We are not responsible for the failure or delay of the delivered product or service that may occur due to the unforeseen events that are beyond our control like strike, lockdown, accident, any mishappening or anything arose due to natural calamities or that which is considered as an Act of God (Force Majeure Event).
2. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for the duration of that period. LFD will utilize our logical endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a way by which our commitments under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Service Unavailability:

LFD reserves the right, to suspend or cancel the service at any point of time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problems corrupt the security or proper administration of the service.
