Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
IT’S OUR REQUEST TO ALL OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS TO RECORD AN OUT-BOXING VIDEO OF THEIR RECEIVED PRODUCTS (SHOWING THE OPENING OF SEALED PARCEL AND WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON AWB NUMBER). THIS WILL HELP IN SETTLEMENT THE PRODUCT RELATED ISSUES (RECEIVED WRONG/DAMAGED OR DEFECTED/TORNED PRODUCT, ETC.) IN FUTURE.
To avoid getting in the Vicious Cycle of CANCEL, RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND, LFD suggests all its Respected Customers (whether National or International) to select the products wisely before placing an order.
If you wish to CANCEL or RETURN your order or some items in your order and get REFUND (PAN India and International):

We will be happy to assist you with a Reverse-Pick up service or assist you in Cancellation or Return request.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of an order can be done within 48hrs from the placement of an order.
- After cancellation the PRE-PAID amount will be transferred in the registered BANK ACCOUNT given by the customer (the bank details will be kept confidential) or in the LFD WALLET as per choice of customer.
- LFD Wallet can be used for the future purchases.
- After the period of 48hrs, the order can’t be cancelled.
RETURN
- The RETURN option of an order will be valid only for a period of 7 days after the delivery of the order.
- If customer wishes to return his/her order or any item in the order; customer can do so by mentioning the reason of RETURN on the website.
- If the customer raises the reason for Return was the one of “Wrong article sent by us or Damaged or Defected one”; in any case the customer has to support his/her reason by submitting an out-boxing video of the product (as mentioned clearly in the starting of this document). LFD will bear the logistic fare for return.
- Please note that in case the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be liable to pay due charges for return logistic and the logistic charges will be deducted from the customer’s prepaid payment for the product.
- LFD requests you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product should be in an unused/ unworn/ unwashed/ and unaltered condition.
REFUND
- Refund for all orders will be initiated once we receive the article in our warehouse and check for its quality and originality.
- If the product is mishandled or altered by any mean by the customer, LFD will not refund the paid amount to the customer and LFD will not be responsible for sending back the returned product to the customer.
- However, customer can request for getting back the product as per condition of bearing the courier expanses on it’s own.
- If the fault for an order is from our end; LFD, after checking the product availability in our stock, will try to provide the original product i.e. the one which is ordered initially by the customer.
- If the product is not available in our stock, LFD will completely Refund the ordered amount in customer’s bank account or in LFD Wallet as desired by the customer. This LFD Wallet can be used for the future purchases made by the customer.
Disclaimer: In case you are sending us a return from an international destination, please ensure you by double checking the name, address and pin code for easy custom clearance.
In case you wish to EXCHANGE your order, or some items in the order (PAN India and International):
- LFD advices all our valuable customers, not to indulge in tedious process of exchanging of an order or some item in your order.
- It will be better to follow the simple and convenient methods i.e. simply return the article and place a fresh order.
For RETURN and REFUND, the policy described above will be followed as per National and International Orders.
